That’s why a primary goal of Tradewind Carpentry is to be open and communicative about our pricing structure so that you know exactly what you will get and how much it will cost.

At Tradewind Carpentry, our pricing is based off the following:

• Hourly rate of $75/hour (no charge for commutes or lunch breaks!)

• Initial site visit costs $75 but that will be credited towards your invoice if you proceed with the work

• No markup on materials (time spent procuring materials will be billed at the regular hourly rate)

• Payments can be made with credit card, check, or cash

Of course, despite everyone’s best efforts, surprises are often part of many building projects. We might find hidden rot that needs to be addressed, or unexpected wiring that needs to be re-routed. However, every change and possible price adjustment will be communicated clearly with you, the client.
