E. Randolph Apartment
In its first life, this above-garage space was a commercial kitchen used for a home catering business, and then hastily converted to an apartment without much renovation. The property then sold, and the new owners contacted me about doing a full gut renovation to turn it into a bright and welcoming apartment.
